Delivery Policy

1.DELIVERY BY TRUCK (WEST MALAYSIA)

AREA COVER: Johor, Melaka, Negeri Seremban, Negeri Selangor, Putrajaya & KL.

CHARGES RATE:

1. Assembly and installation are included.

2. Delivery of items only to ground/first level/levels with lift access.
**For delivery to levels withNo Lift Access, extra man power charge of (RM50/floor apply)
**RM50 charges/floor starting from 3rd floor and above (apply to stairs within landed properties).

3. Lead Time:
**5-10 working days for Ready-Stock items.
**2-3 week for Made-to-Order items.

2.DELIVERY BY TRUCK (SINGAPORE AREA)

AREA COVER: WHOLE SINGAPORE

CHARGES RATE:

** 16% on Purchase Amount (per single address).
** 16% including 8% transport charges + 7% SG GST.
** Custom Form & Levi are included.
** Assembly and installation are included.

Extra Charges:
1.Delivery of items only to ground/first level/levels with lift access.
2.For delivery to levels with No Lift Access, extra man power charge of (SG Dollar 20/floor per item) apply.

Lead Time:
1. 5-10 working days for Ready-Stock items.
2. 2-3 week for Made-to-Order items.
